All hotels are based on double occupancy. Cultural Adventures will assist you to find you a roommate, if you wish to avoid the single supplement. Cultural Adventures has the right to revise any itinerary, arrangements, prices or dates, if it becomes necessary or advisable, and to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up which makes the trip economically unfeasible to operate.
Reservations for this trip will not exceed 14 persons. Therefore plan now to be one of them. A $500 deposit will hold your place. Upon receipt of this deposit, participants will receive additional detailed information. The final balance is due 75 days before the start of the tour. Refunds of the deposit, less $50, will be returned upon written request until the final balance due date. After this date, no refunds of any type will be made.
Additional Planning Information:
1 Travel Insurance is highly recommended since no refunds will be made after the final balance due date.
2 A valid passport is required to enter and depart Ecuador. Visas are not required if you're a citizen of the United States or Canada.
3 You can scuba dive during our stay in San Cistobal or Santa Cruz Island visit. An extra fee of $150 per day will entitle you to two immersions for the day.
4 In 2000, the US dollar became the currency of Ecuador so you won’t have to deal with exchange rates or changing money.
5 Information about optional tours before and after the trip will be provided.
